AKK Platinum Installations

At AKK Platinum Installations, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. This policy outlines all conditions for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.


1. General Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Must include all parts, accessories, and documentation
  • Item must be in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: AKK reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.


2. Inspection & Condition

All returns are inspected upon arrival. We may:

  • Deny returns showing signs of use or installation
  • Apply a restocking fee up to 25%
  • Issue partial refunds for incomplete or damaged returns

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used products
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Items returned after 30 days

4. Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require approval.

  1. Email info.support@urakk.com
  2. Provide order number, reason, and photos (if applicable)
  3. Receive RMA number and return instructions

Important: Returns without authorization may be rejected.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • AKK is not responsible for lost or damaged returns

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email photos and order details
  • We will replace or refund at no cost if verified

7. Refunds

  • Processed after inspection (3–5 business days)
  • Issued to original payment method
  • Allow 5–10 business days for processing

8. Partial Refunds

May apply if items are:

  • Returned damaged
  • Missing components
  • Not in original condition

9. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect shipments

10. Order Cancellations

  • Cancel within 24 hours for full refund
  • After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped

11. Refused Deliveries

  • Shipping costs will be deducted from refund
  • Restocking fees may apply

12. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions

13. Limitation of Liability

  • No liability for improper installation or misuse
  • No responsibility for labor or reinstallation costs
  • No coverage for indirect or consequential damages
